Our Mentors
Our company is
headed by Mr. Prem Dua, a technocrat (IIT, Delhi-1966 Batch), who is
personally involved in product innovations and improvement in quality
of the products. He is assisted by his son, Mr. Bhanu Dua, who is
technically sound and has a B. Tech Degree in Electronics from The
University of Western Sydney, Australia.

Quality Assurance
Being
a quality oriented organization, we emphasis on maintaining it in
each product through our constant efforts. The raw material used in
manufacturing is of high quality, which enables us to present the
international standard assortment in the market. To ensure optimal quality of our products, we carry out following procedures:
- Raw material are acquired from respectable manufacturers, with accurate specifications and continuous quality checks
- Each
components' specification is pre-determined on the basis of India's
worst conditions like minimal and optimum temperature, humidity and
power supply, etc.
- In-house physical inspection is conducted on fitting and wiring.
- Inspection is also conducted on printed circuit board by component placement & soldering.
- All the performance tests are carried out using bench, and as per the specifications.
Also
high voltage test is carried out on every unit, in which all outgoing
terminals are shortened & 2.5 KV A.C. voltage is applied between
the shorted terminals & the body of unit for one minute at the
final stage. This ascertains that every component is precisely fitted
and placed. This also ensures that the transient spikes available in
the electricity supply does not damages our unit.
Infrastructure
We
have a sound infrastructural set up, which is well equipped with all
modern facilities necessary in the manufacturing process. We boast of
two production units in Okhla Industrial area with a marketing office
in GK-II, Delhi (India). These units are helpful to meet the ever
increasing requirements of our valued customers. All the
latest machines and equipment are available in these units, which are upgraded on
regular basis to manufacture the world class product range.
Warehousing Facility
We
have spacious warehousing facility to store the products in bulk
quantities. The warehouse is well equipped with all necessary
facilities and experienced staff to take care of the stored products.
These are placed in various segregated units depending upon the type of
products. The warehousing staff keep an eye on all the products and give
additional attention to their maintenance till the final dispatch. This has enabled us in meeting the bulk requirements of our customers, within the stipulated time that too with ease.
